about

Originally issued in 2013 on Many Breaths, Texas Modern Exorcism is the culmination of a particularly intense and prolific period of recorded solo work beginning in 2005. Conceptualized through the internalized studio of the mind, its songs transmit miniaturized imaginations, memories, dreams, hopes, histories, artifacts, bare existences. The animated, inhabited, immaterial doll's house. Externalized, but not quite tangible, contents of fascination. Impossible to grasp hills, fields, oceans, coasts. That which must be, but can never be, exorcised.
